On the occasion of International Mother’s Day, a programme titled ‘Asmita, dedicated to the presentation and appreciation of women’s literature, was held at the World Konkani Centre. The event was organised by the Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi, in collaboration with the Konkani Language and Cultural Foundation, Shaktinagar, Mangaluru.
