Employable Skills Programme for Konkani Youth
To enhance the employment potential of the community’s youth, Vishwa Konkani Kendra has launched ‘Kshamatha’, the Employable Skills Programme for Konkani Youth. Through this programme, the Kendra imparts trainings for students who on the verge of graduation to equip them with modern Human Resource Training such as communication, leadership and soft skills to enhance their employability in the globalised corporate environment.
This programme envisages establishing a network of college-level youth groups in order to develop youth leadership and attain all round personality development.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME
Mentoring of the youth is a vital activity lacking in today’s social environment. Hence Vishwa Konkani Kendra has conceived an outreach programme to develop the innate potential of Konkani youth through relationship based approach.
Based on the need of the beneficiaries, professionals from the community will be invited to establish relationship with them as Mentors and provide counselling for education, personal and career related  issues.
